DTMZ follows practical quality control procedures for wholesale mining bearing supply. Before shipment, we support dimensional checks, rotation feel reference, noise reference, clearance confirmation, W33 groove verification, packing inspection and product photo confirmation.
Dimension Check
Bore, outside diameter, width and W33 groove dimensions checked against bearing specification sheets.
Rotation & Noise Reference
Rotation feel and noise reference check for spherical roller bearings and ball bearings before packing.
Clearance & W33 Confirmation
C3/C4 radial internal clearance confirmed. W33 lubrication groove and 3 oil holes visually verified.
Packing Inspection
VCI anti-rust paper, vacuum bag (for large bearings), fumigation-free wooden box, steel strapping, export pallet. Photos provided before shipment.
OEM Packing Discussion
OEM packing with customer labels, color boxes and carton marks can be arranged based on order quantity and design confirmation.
